Dental CRM and patient engagement platform

Problem

A multi-location dental group ran on a slow legacy CRM and a sluggish practice-management interface, making bookings and patient communication hard for call-centre staff, and had no modern patient-facing booking, messaging or reporting tools.

Solution

Devflovv took over the legacy codebase, then built a Dockerized Parse Server API over PostgreSQL with a React and TypeScript front end, integrated with the Dentrix Ascend API, Twilio, Agora, Square and SendGrid. A Rust service over NATS bulk-imported around a million appointments and kept the local database in real-time sync, and Grafana dashboards gave the client live reporting over the full appointment history.
