Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Bingo Rally ("the app"), published by Devflovv. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Devflovv gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

The app is free. It shows no ads, and it offers no purchases of any kind.

The app is entertainment only. It includes bingo, a wheel, scratch cards and slot-style reels, all played with fictional currency. It does not offer real-money gambling or prizes of any real-world value, and success in the app does not mean success at real-money gambling.

Some features depend on chance. Lucky Wheel, Scratch Cards and Lucky Reels show their odds in the app.

Coins, gems and tickets are fictional and are earned in play. They have no cash value, cannot be bought with real money, and can be spent only inside the app, including in its in-game Shop. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to anyone else, or exchanged for money or anything of real-world value.

Prizes and rewards in the app are made of the same fictional items and have no cash value either. They are part of your saved game, so they are erased if you use "Delete local data" or uninstall the app, unless a device backup restores them.

Every rival in rooms, tournaments and leaderboards is simulated by the app on your device. They are not real people, and you do not play against, or communicate with, other people in the app.

The app's artwork, sound effects and music belong to Devflovv. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

The app uses the Lilita One and Nunito typefaces, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Each remains the property of its authors.

When using the app, please do not:

• copy, sell, rent, redistribute or publish the app or its content;
• modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• remove any copyright or license notice from the app;
• use the app in any unlawful way.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error free or uninterrupted, or that your saved progress will never be lost.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Devflovv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, progress, coins, gems, tickets or rewards, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms, and you must then stop using the app and delete it. The sections on coins, gems and tickets, intellectual property, the as is basis, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after that.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
