Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Block Crush: Wood Block Puzzle ("the app"), published by Devflovv. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Devflovv gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

The app shows no ads and offers no in-app purchases.

The app's original artwork, levels and code belong to Devflovv. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

The app uses the Caprasimo and Figtree typefaces, licensed under the SIL Open Font License; Lucide icons, licensed under the ISC License; and the Preact and htm libraries, licensed under the MIT License. Each remains the property of its authors.

When using the app, please do not:

• copy, sell, rent, redistribute or publish the app or its content;
• modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• remove any copyright or license notice from the app;
• use the app in any unlawful way.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Devflovv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
