Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of MazeFlow: Endless Ball Puzzle ("the app"), published by Devflovv. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Devflovv gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

The app shows no ads and offers no in-app purchases.

Coins, stars and cosmetic items (maze skins, ball palettes and cups) are virtual items for use inside the game only. They have no real-money value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred. They are stored on your device, so they can be lost if you reset or delete the app's data or uninstall the app.

The app's original artwork, level generator, sound effects, music and code belong to Devflovv. The sound effects and music are original, made for the app. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

The app uses the Fredoka and Nunito typefaces, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the libGDX game framework, licensed under the Apache License 2.0; and Kotlin and the AndroidX (Jetpack) libraries, licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Each remains the property of its authors.

When using the app, please do not:

• copy, sell, rent, redistribute or publish the app or its content;
• modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• remove any copyright or license notice from the app;
• use the app in any unlawful way.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Devflovv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
