Privacy Policy

Splash Maze: Ball Paint Puzzle ("the app") is published by Devflovv. The app collects no personal information and no usage data, and it has no internet access, so it has no way to send anything off your device.

• No data is collected.
• No accounts, no sign-in.
• No ads, no analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking.
• No internet permission. The only permission is vibration, for optional haptic feedback.

Nothing. The app does not collect, transmit or share any personal or usage data. It does not read your contacts, location, photos, files or advertising ID, and it contains no analytics, advertising, crash reporting or other third-party SDKs that collect data.

The app does not request the internet permission, so it cannot connect to any server, ours or anyone else's. Every level, the daily challenge and each season are generated on your device.

The only permission it requests is vibration (VIBRATE), which it uses for haptic feedback. Haptic feedback is optional, and you can turn it off in the app's Settings.

To keep your game going, the app saves your progress and settings in its private storage on your device, using Jetpack DataStore. A second copy of the same save is kept so the app can recover if the first is damaged. Other apps cannot read it. The app never sends it anywhere, and we never receive it.

The save holds only game data:

• levels cleared and the stars earned on each;
• coins, hints, and the balls, paints and themes you own and use;
• daily reward, daily challenge and season progress, achievements and a short reward history;
• your play statistics, and any board you left unfinished;
• your settings: sound, music, haptics, reduced motion, high contrast, left-handed controls, move counter, swipe sensitivity and language choice.

The daily challenge, the daily reward calendar and seasons follow the date on your device. The app reads the date for this on the device only, and does not send it anywhere.

The app allows Android's own backup, limited to the game's save file and its second copy described above. Nothing else the app keeps is included. If backup is turned on in your device settings, Android may include that save in your device backup, which Google stores in your Google account, and restore it when you set up a new device or reinstall the app, so you keep your progress. Android may also copy it when you move your data directly to a new device.

That backup is run by Android and Google under your Google account settings and Google's privacy policy, not by the app, and we cannot access it. You can turn backup off in your device's settings.

We do not share, sell, rent or trade any data, because we do not collect any. The app has no sharing feature of its own.

The app contains no advertising networks, analytics services or other third-party services that collect data. If you install the app from Google Play, Google handles the download and updates under Google's own privacy policy.

The app is not directed specifically at children, and it collects no personal data from anyone, children included. Because nothing is collected, there is no personal information about a child for us to hold, review or delete.

Everything the app stores lives on your device, and you can remove it at any time:

• Use "Delete local progress" in the app's Settings to erase your progress, coins, items and settings and start again.
• Clear the app's storage in Android's settings, or uninstall the app, to delete all of its data from your device.
• A copy in your Android device backup, if you have one, is managed in your Google account settings.

If this policy changes, for example because a future version adds a feature that handles data differently, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date before that version is released.
