Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of WordQuest Adventures ("the app"), published by Devflovv. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Devflovv gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

The app shows no ads and offers no in-app purchases.

Coins and rewards are earned in play only. They have no cash value and cannot be bought or sold. They are stored only on your device, so they are erased if you use "Reset progress" or uninstall the app.

The app's puzzles, artwork and word lists are original and belong to Devflovv. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

The app uses the Baloo 2, Nunito and Atkinson Hyperlegible typefaces, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and Material Symbols icons by Google, licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Each remains the property of its authors.

When using the app, please do not:

• copy, sell, rent, redistribute or publish the app or its content;
• modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• remove any copyright or license notice from the app;
• use the app in any unlawful way.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error free or uninterrupted, or that your saved progress will never be lost.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Devflovv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, progress, coins or rewards, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms, and you must then stop using the app and delete it. The sections on coins and rewards, intellectual property, the as is basis, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after that.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
