Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of DOTBOUND: Color Adventures ("the app"), published by Devflovv. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Devflovv gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

The app is free. It shows no ads, and it offers no purchases of any kind.

The in-game Shop lists coin packs marked as coming soon. They cannot be bought, no payment is taken, and they grant nothing.

Coins, stars, XP, power-ups, collectibles and other in-game items are fictional and are earned in play. They have no cash value, cannot be bought with real money, and can be used only inside the app, including in its in-game Shop. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to anyone else, or exchanged for money or anything of real-world value.

Rewards and treasure chests in the app contain only the same fictional items. The app offers no gambling and no real-money prizes.

Your items are part of your saved game, so they are erased if you use "Reset progress" or uninstall the app, unless a device backup restores them.

The Leaderboard and Friends screens are local demos with sample names. They are not real people, and you do not play against, or communicate with, other people in the app.

The app's artwork, characters, sound effects and music belong to Devflovv. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

The app uses the Fredoka and Figtree typefaces, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Each remains the property of its authors.

When using the app, please do not:

• copy, sell, rent, redistribute or publish the app or its content;
• modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• remove any copyright or license notice from the app;
• use the app in any unlawful way.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error free or uninterrupted, or that your saved progress will never be lost.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Devflovv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, progress, coins, stars or items, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms, and you must then stop using the app and delete it. The sections on coins, stars and items, intellectual property, the as is basis, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after that.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
