Reverse-prospecting real estate buyer marketplace

Problem

The client wanted buyer demand to be visible so listing agents could come to buyers, and was manually texting listing agents every day to match buyers with listings.

Solution

Devflovv built a Django REST and PostgreSQL back end with a React front end: buyer-need profiles, map search with filters and nearest-buyer sorting, an offer flow that emails buyer agents, role-based access and an admin dashboard, deployed with Docker on the client's cloud server. A second phase added a dashboard where the client uploads buyer and listing URL pairs, the system scrapes listing and agent details through a rotating-proxy scraping API, fills editable message templates and sends them by SMS or email with per-message status.
