Nine days before a major seasonal campaign, we rescued a broken Shopify promotions stack for a direct-to-consumer brand: rebuilding a third-party discount integration from scratch on a clean theme, hand-building a free-gift cart progress bar, and fixing currency-specific thresholds and cart re-render defects. The cart shipped working ahead of the sale start.

We built a new solid-wood table collection for a direct-to-consumer furniture brand on Shopify: a dedicated collection page, new leg-style variants with height and finish pricing, restructured navigation and in-house photo retouching. We also turned around an urgent, compliance-driven lead-time change across roughly 200 Shopify products and 150 Etsy listings out of hours.

We built a standalone deals-discovery web app for a US price-intelligence startup: hosted faceted search over a live deal index, an analytics event pipeline, and geo-filtering by ZIP or browser location. The distinctive piece was bridging the site, embedded in an iframe, to the client's existing browser extension via cross-window messaging so a single click rewrites store cookies and lands the shopper on the cheapest store. It was delivered ahead of the estimated hours.

We rebuilt the payment core of a B2B invoicing and bill-pay platform on an inherited codebase: connected-account verification, card and bank-transfer payments, payment requests by email and SMS link, payouts, platform fees and transactional notifications, shipped to production through a disciplined pull-request workflow.
