Problem

The client wanted to launch a new solid-wood table collection alongside its existing range, with two new leg styles, height and finish options, and imagery that updates as shoppers switch options, and separately needed an urgent, compliance-driven change to stated build-and-ship lead times across its entire catalogue.

Solution

After a requirements call, a minuted scope and a costed estimate, the team built the new collection in Shopify: a dedicated collection page split into two wood categories, new variants for two leg styles with height options and per-finish upcharge pricing, restructured menus and category assignments, and product copy carried over from equivalent listings. Where photography did not exist, the in-house designer retouched supplied images and advised a reshoot for the cleanest result. Mid-engagement the team turned an urgent lead-time change around out of hours across roughly 200 Shopify products and 150 Etsy listings. All scoped work was completed apart from two client-dependent items (a metafield removal blocked by an app permission the client's admin could not grant, and one variant's missing photography); the team produced a written status report and invoiced directly after an Upwork billing issue on the client side.
